From Miami or Tampa, take I-75 to SR 29 South. Go 25 miles, cross US 41 and continue south on SR 29. Drive through Everglades City and go three miles to Chokoloskee Island. From Naples, take US 41 East to SR 29 and turn right. Continue driving through Everglades City and go three miles to Chokoloskee Island. Clients will meet their guide at Outdoor Resorts on Chokoloskee Bay.

Take I-75 or US 41 to SR 951. Go south to Marco Island. After crossing the Marco Bridge, turn left at first light (Barfield Drive) and go 2 miles to San Marco Road. Turn left at traffic light and head east 3 miles to Goodland Road. Turn right, follow winding drive to Calusa Island Marina one mile on right.
